## Source and limits

Prepared by Lemonbrand. Project descriptions are first-party accounts; press and community records are linked and attributed separately. Recognition is not a verified customer outcome report.

## What we do

We help small and medium businesses work out where AI is useful, then help them put it to work.

## A real problem, with someone responsible

You have recurring work that wastes time, loses opportunities or causes mistakes. Someone on your team can explain the work, make decisions and review the result.

## Advice or delivery: choose the responsibility

Choose advisory support when your team will do the implementation. Choose build and retainer when you want us to engineer an agreed system and maintain it. Training and implementation partnerships are available separately.

## When a simpler answer is better

If an existing tool, a clearer process or a small internal change solves the problem, a custom build may be unnecessary. If the work has no clear owner, usable evidence or way to judge improvement, define those first.

## AI sherpa: advice and direction

Ongoing advisory support to understand roles, prioritize opportunities, review tools and vendors, guide your team and support decisions. Scoped monthly retainer Custom engineering and ongoing operation of a built system are separate scopes. Source: https://lemonbrand.io/pricing

## Build + retainer: implementation and care

Consulting and engineering: understand the role, design the workflow, connect your tools, build and test the system. Builds from $5,000; operating service from $1,000 per month. Final scope and price are agreed in a proposal. Supplier subscriptions and usage are additional. New roles and substantial new functionality are scoped separately. Source: https://lemonbrand.io/pricing

## Before the build

Consulting and engineering: understand the role, design the workflow, connect your tools, build and test the system.

## After launch

Upkeep, maintenance, security, penetration testing and minor updates to the agreed system. The proposal defines the covered systems, testing scope and cadence. This is a service description, not a security certification or a promise of zero incidents.

## What the calculator cannot decide

The calculators provide planning estimates, not binding quotes. Access, data quality, workflow exceptions, vendor charges and security requirements need review. Advisory-only support is scoped separately from a managed implementation.

## Your people keep responsibility

Agree who approves actions, handles exceptions and can stop the workflow. Ask what you own, which accounts are in your name, what is delivered at handover and what happens if you leave. Record those answers in the proposal.

## Evidence limitations

Maturity labels describe different kinds of experience. A pilot is not a scaled deployment; a reference build is not proof of a customer outcome. These summaries do not establish measured ROI or independent validation. Ask for a relevant demonstration, supporting material and permissioned references before relying on a claim.

## VerifiedNode — Running system

Lemonbrand's own product crawls, verifies and indexes contractor records. The published stack includes authentication, Stripe, Convex, SEO infrastructure and verification flows, with Next.js and a custom crawler. This demonstrates product and data-platform delivery; it is not a separate client engagement or proof of a client's ROI. Attribution: Lemonbrand first-party product description. Source: https://lemonbrand.io/projects

## Fromagerie St-Albert — Running system

Seven applications live inside an 80-person cooperative, including a menu system, internal forms, compliance cron and transition tooling. The published account dates the transition work to March through June 2026. This is production-app delivery inside incumbent operations, not a claim that seven autonomous AI agents are running. Attribution: Lemonbrand first-party project description. Source: https://lemonbrand.io/case-studies

## Velocity Systems — Pilot

Private-capital consolidation workflow covering multiple bank formats, two-pass verification and reporting design. Pilot accepted April 2026 and delivered through Lemonbrand's European partnership. Acceptance of this pilot does not establish mature deployment scale. Attribution: Lemonbrand first-party pilot description. Source: https://lemonbrand.io/case-studies

## AceCall / Lakeside Golf — Pilot

Golf operations pilot covering drip onboarding for new members and day-to-day member workflow design. The published account says the commercial and production status needs refreshing before describing it as a paid running deployment. Attribution: Lemonbrand first-party pilot description. Source: https://lemonbrand.io/case-studies

## GymExpress — Supported proof

Acquisition, retention and onboarding workflows over an existing member-management stack, including SMS workflows. This supports familiarity with the workflow and gym domain. The current production scope needs refreshing before calling it a running system, and this is not evidence of broad gym-market scale. Attribution: Lemonbrand first-party workflow description. Source: https://lemonbrand.io/case-studies

## Bolden Inc. — Reference build

Marketing site and interactive owner and tenant demos shipped end-to-end. The portal scaffold covers federal relocation leads, owner approvals and tenant maintenance flows. Bolden is a sister company; this is a reference build rather than evidence of an unrelated client's production outcome. Attribution: Lemonbrand first-party reference-build description. Source: https://lemonbrand.io/case-studies

## LemonClaw — In build

The published project portfolio labels this infrastructure In build and describes tenant routing, memory, a WhatsApp bridge, Granola ingest and workflow operations. Its listed stack includes Rust, SQLite, Claude and a NanoClaw fork. Treat this as infrastructure development, not evidence that all described capabilities run for paying clients. ## Practitioner experience and production scope

We advise, build and operate. Our practice includes multiple dozen agents in production across growth, content, research, reporting and knowledge workflows. We bring that operating experience into our consulting, workshops and community teaching. Operating scope confirmed by Lemonbrand founder Simon Bergeron, September 17, 2026. ## GTM: from Apollo to Instantly: In production

We run outbound workflows that source prospects through Apollo, write campaigns and send through Instantly. Our operating volume is thousands of emails per day. The work covers the path from finding prospects to campaign execution. Attribution: Operating scope confirmed by Lemonbrand founder Simon Bergeron, September 17, 2026. ## Content awareness and competitive intelligence: Practitioner reference

We build agents that track content and competitors, organize findings and support in-depth reporting. They help turn ongoing information gathering into material people can use to make decisions. ## Affiliate and knowledge-base agents: Practitioner reference

Our agent work includes affiliate marketing workflows and knowledge-base agents. These sit within our wider practice of multiple dozen production agents. ## Full design systems and publishing workflows: Practitioner reference

We build complete design systems and automate parts of content publishing, including video uploads and social media. Design, content and engineering are part of the same delivery practice. ## Consulting grounded in daily use: Active practice

We help teams decide what to do with AI, then help implement it. Our consulting and thought leadership draw on the systems we operate, the work we publish and hands-on community learning, including Saturday AI Club in Ottawa. ## Does the problem justify a build?

What would improve, how will we measure it, and what simpler alternatives have we ruled out? What would make you recommend doing nothing yet?

## What exactly are we buying?

Which role and workflow are included? What is excluded? What counts as accepted work, a minor update or a new project? Who pays for tools and usage?

## What happens when it goes wrong?

Who watches failures, receives alerts and handles exceptions? What support hours and response expectations are agreed? What must a person approve?

## Can we verify the fit?

Which project is most like ours, at what maturity, and what can we inspect? Which claims are first-party descriptions and which have independent evidence? What remains unknown?
