## The showroom

## How a project runs

1. Showroom visit or call (free).
2. In-home measure ($250, credited to the order).
3. Design consult at the showroom, 90 minutes, with the 3D layout (free).
4. Quote with good, better and best options, valid 30 days.
5. 40% deposit to order. Lead time starts when the drawings are signed.
6. Install: 3 to 5 days for most kitchens, by our own crew.

## Rules for every follow-up

1. Recap what they told us in one sentence: the line or style, the budget and the timeline. Use their words.
2. If a line they asked about is discontinued, say so plainly and name the closest match from the sheet.
3. If their timeline is shorter than the lead time plus about 2 weeks for measure and design, say so honestly and give the earliest realistic date.
4. Offer two times for the next step (measure or design consult) from the open slots.
5. Ask one question, and only one: the room size, unless we have it; then whether they are keeping the current layout.
6. Never quote a full kitchen price before the measure. Give the price per linear foot from the sheet as a guide only.
7. Email: under 130 words. Text or DM: under 320 characters.

## FAQ

- **Design only?** No, we design what we supply and install.
- **Refacing?** Yes, if the cabinet boxes are sound. We check at the measure.
- **Vanities?** Yes, the Vanity Collection, 24 to 72 inches.
- **Countertops?** Quartz and granite, templated and installed by our crew, 3 weeks after cabinets.
- **Do you move plumbing or walls?** We coordinate with two licensed contractors; it adds 1 to 3 weeks.
- **Financing?** 12 months no interest on approved credit through our lender partner.
- **Warranty?** Lifetime on cabinet boxes, 5 years on hardware, 2 years on our install.
- **How much does a kitchen cost?** Most of our full kitchens land between $28,000 and $70,000 installed with counters. The measure is what makes a quote real.
- **Can I see a finished kitchen?** Yes, ask for the reference list; three clients host visits.
