This is the implementation path. We start with the work and the people who know it, then build and maintain the agreed system. Advisory-only support follows a separately agreed consulting scope.

Design how the work should run
Consulting turns that understanding into a clear scope: what to automate, what to simplify, which tools and information to use, and how to measure whether the system is doing its job.

Engineer, test and put it to work
We build the agreed workflow, connect it to your existing tools and test normal cases and exceptions. We review the result with your team and prepare it for day-to-day use.

Keep it useful and secure
The monthly service covers upkeep, maintenance, security, penetration testing and minor updates. We maintain the existing system as tools change and make small adjustments as your team uses it. The proposal defines the covered systems, testing scope and cadence. New roles and substantial new functionality are scoped separately.
