The truth page shows Meta's claim and what Shopify can tie to each ad, side by side, with how sure we are. We steer by blended cost per new customer: Meta spend divided by all new Shopify customers. No platform can inflate it.
Partner access in Meta Business Manager: read for the truth page, and permission to upload ads paused. We never switch an ad on or change a budget. The connect page lists every access.
You or the brand. Ads only use claims from a list the brand approves, and every ad lands paused. A person on your side turns it on.
The brand. Usage rights are written into every creator agreement, and the footage library stays with the brand if you stop.
You see it in the weekly number first. It's month to month: if it isn't earning its fee, cancel with 30 days' notice.
The truth page, the weekly report and the review carry your agency's name. Your client talks to you, we work with your team in Slack, we invoice you and you set your price.
30 days' notice in writing, any time. We remove our access. The brand keeps the footage library, the parent list and an export of the truth page.
